RootKarik AI ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we protect it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website, we collect only what you type in:
- Your name
- Your phone or WhatsApp number
- Your email address (optional)
- Your profession, the service you are interested in, your preferred language and your message
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use privacy-friendly website analytics that count visits without identifying you.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your requirement and send you a proposal if you ask for one. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How it is handled and stored
- Form messages are sent securely (HTTPS) through our form service, Web3Forms, which delivers them to our business email inbox.
- Our email is hosted with Zoho Mail. Only authorised RootKarik AI staff can access it.
- This website itself does not store your form details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no more than 24 months if you do not become a client. Client project records are kept as required by law and by our contract with you.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
